Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you sign up and use Studio Tempo: phone number (for SMS verification + booking reminders), name, email (optional), booking history, pack purchases, attendance, and waiver acceptance records. We process this data under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating the studio).

Phone numbers and SMS data

No mobile numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are delivered through AWS End User Messaging. AWS does not share end user phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Studio Tempo never sees nor stores card numbers. Refund + dispute records are retained for accounting and regulatory purposes.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies only (authentication, session). No third-party analytics or advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing alaa.khaireldin@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days; some data may be retained where required by Swedish accounting or tax law.

Data retention

Booking, payment, and attendance records are retained for 7 years per Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen). Account profiles and phone numbers are retained while your account is active and anonymised on deletion.
